LumaLore small

LumaLaser is pleased to announce that it has completed the purchase of LumaLore® brand from our strategic partner, Intervision.

The transfer of the administrative functions of LumaLore® to LumaLaser will leave the strong ties between the two companies in place, with InterVision continuing to provide expert programming and innovative multi-media components for LumaLore® exhibits.

LumaLaser will continue to develop and expand the LumaLore® brand, and the same team of programmers, multi-media experts, exhibit planners, and technology specialists will continue to support existing LumaLore® installations, complete current projects, honor bids that have been submitted, and submit proposals for new exhibits.

Participating more broadly in innovative technology solutions for exhibit challenges, as partners to design firms and exhibit venues, will be the focus of LumaLaser's efforts.   We will draw on over 20 years of special effects experience in order to extend the magic of 21st century entertainment technology to the realm of interactive exhibits that are so essential to engaging today’s museum and visitor center patrons.

Pete Powers will continue to be the LumaLore® project manager and main point of contact for current and future exhibits. He can be contacted at 800-606-2579 and by email at: exhibits@LumaLaser.com

LumaLaser lasers light up the Superland Stage Band at the Santa Fe in College Park, Maryland.

Chevy Chase Productions

Produced by Mario D’Ambrosio of Chevy Chase Productions in May 2008 in College Park, Maryland, this Lasershow took place at a large live music venue known as the Santa Fe. The lasers accompanied the “Superland Stage Band” – one of the hottest funk music acts in the Washington DC/Baltimore area. The “Fe” as it is called, was sold out that night with over 900+ folks rocking out to the music and raving about the professional laser effects that amped up the show to an amazing level of excitement. See a short video of this event.

The show incorporated two multicolored LumaLaser Beamburst projectors, bounce mirrors, rotating mirror balls, and fog machines. LumaLaser projectors utilize a number of unique features, including music synchronization, beamshaper modules, diffraction gradients, and a variety of double and single laser apertures to create dazzling laser effects.
